Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 24โ€“48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays), unless a product is on backorder or requires additional verification.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email (where applicable).

Address & Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details:

  • Pin Code
  • Phone Number

If a shipment fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or repeated delivery attempts, it may be returned to origin. Any re-shipping may be chargeable.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may take 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
  • Delivery attempts and rescheduling are governed by the courier partner's policies.

Layered Luxury is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our direct control, but we will assist with follow-ups to the best of our ability.

Lost / Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is marked delivered but not received, or received in damaged condition:

  • Contact support@layeredluxbeauty.com within 48 hours of the delivery status update
  • Include your order details and supporting proof (photos/videos where applicable)

Resolution will be subject to courier investigation and internal verification.
