Not vibing with one of the fragrances? No problem! We'll send you a different scent for free โ no return shipping needed.
Just email us within 7 days of delivery and tell us which scent you'd like to try instead.
Full Refund โ Damaged Product
Received a damaged or broken bottle? We're so sorry! Send us a photo, and we'll process a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
Full Refund โ Wrong Item
If you received something different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a full refund or correct replacement โ your choice.

- For refunds on opened products (non-damaged), a 20% restocking fee may apply
- Original packaging is not required for exchanges
- Sale items and bundle deals are eligible for exchange only, not refund

To keep things fair for everyone, we can't accept returns for:
