Common Questions

Do I need to return the product for a replacement?
No! For scent exchanges, just keep the original โ€” we'll send you a new one. For damaged products, we may ask for a photo but won't require you to ship it back.
Can I exchange multiple scents from my pack?
You can exchange up to 2 scents per order for free. If you're unhappy with more, please reach out and we'll work something out!
I received my order more than 7 days ago. Can I still return?
Our standard policy is 7 days, but we understand life gets busy. Reach out anyway โ€” we'll try to accommodate reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
What if my package says delivered but I didn't receive it?
Please check with neighbours and your local courier office first. If still missing, email us with your order details and we'll investigate with the courier. We'll either resend or refund if the package is truly lost.
Can I get a refund instead of replacement?
For "didn't like the scent" cases, we offer exchanges rather than refunds (since it's a personal preference). For damaged/wrong items, you can choose either refund or replacement.
